"This self-contained instrument has been designed to meet the demand for a moderately-priced bridge capable of a wide range of accurate measurements. In addition to giving direct readings in resistance, capacitance, and inductors, it will measure the impedance betwen any pair of terminals in a three terminal network, and it can also be used for in situ measurements of component values." (Wayne-Kerr, Manual B121, 1955)
