The O-12 oscilloscope was sold in kit form. It's time base can synchronize on the input signal which may go beyond 5MHz. The vertical amplifier and the time base are not calibrated. It took long to find a graticule for this scope - I even thought it never had one. The user had to check the signal by it's shape without a real chance for making accurate measurement. Built around 1961 this one was preowned by the tv lab of FH Giessen-Friedberg. To be exact it's a O-12/E which indicates the export (230V AC) version. The attached probe is a Heathkit model #342.
